Donna is the Vice President, Strategic Business Planning & Budget at Boston Children’s Hospital where she is responsible for the compilation of the annual capital and operating budgets, the financial management of the long-term plan, and all business planning efforts across the Medical Center’s business units. Donna joined BCH in 2000, initially responsible for organizing and overseeing all ambulatory budgets and working with senior leadership to identify and drive initiatives as part of the financial and operational turnaround plan. Over the last several years, Donna has represented Finance in a number of large projects including the development of the Berthiaume Building in 2003, Karp Building in 2004, the Mandell Building in 2013 and more recently the planning and execution of the building projects reflected in the ten-year capital plan.
