Tracy brings to the role more than 25 years of pediatric nursing experience, and nearly a decade of service to Boston Children's, starting in the Primary Care Center, providing well child care and urgent care to children with chronic care health issues, complicated family dynamics and developmental concerns. In 2011, she played a key role in the opening of Boston Children's at Peabody. A mother of two, Tracy is well versed in the challenges around accessing medical care.
