We'll work to improve and/or resolve the situation whenever possible. The PRO inbox and voicemail box are monitored Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and the PRO team responds to feedback and concerns within one business day.

Visiting Specialist Rounds

The PRO team's Visiting Specialist Rounds (VSR) bring Boston Children’s Hospital specialists to primary care practices in local communities to discuss challenging clinical topics.

VSRs typically take place mid-day (or another convenient time) for an hour at the primary care provider’s practice. While the format is flexible and dynamic, typically the time is equally split between the specialist's presentation on a topic and subsequent discussion.
