为了被添加作为一个病人的Care Team the patient/legal guardians will need to take action. Please ask patients/guardians to add all providers to their Care Team list at Boston Children's Hospital. Patients/guardians may request to make changes via the patient portal during pre-check-in or at the kiosks during check-in. Care Team members can also be added or removed when calling to schedule an appointment or checking in for an appointment.
